A customer may return any item within seven days of delivery if:

a) The product does not live up to the user's expectations.

b) Found to have suffered damage during transportation

c) Have doubts regarding the product's quantity and quality

d) Received in an unwell or unexpected state

e) Dissatisfied with the item's packaging

f) Determins the item is worthless

We accept returns within a day for perishable items including milk, fruits, and fresh veggies.

We closely monitor the accounts of customers who often seek returns and refunds. We take the necessary steps to prevent this.
