Q. How does the site work? 


A. You can look for products by browsing the site or using our search engine. You may then add them to your shopping cart and place your order by clicking Place order. You provide us with your address, choose a delivery time, and you're done.  Your order will then be delivered to your home or business by a Du Mart representative.


Q. How much do deliveries cost?
 

A.    The delivery fee across the country are given below:

Inside Dhaka (Dhaka University Area )- Delivery Charge free

Inside Dhaka – 60 Taka

Outside Dhaka - 150 Taka (Upto 3 kg)

* If the parcel weighs more than 3 kg, you will be charged according to the weight and product type.(For Outside Dhaka Only)

Q. What are your delivery hours? 


A. We deliver on a daily basis from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. You can select between available slots to find one that works for you.


Q. How do I pay?
 


A. We take cash on delivery, as well as online credit card and online bKash transactions. Don't be concerned; our Du Mart representatives should always have enough change.


Q. My order is wrong. What do I do? 

A.Please Immediately call 01567905199 and let us know the problem. 


Q. What if the item is out of stock?

  A.  As we maintain our own inventory in our warehouses, we rarely run out of stock. However, we will do our best to find what you require.You must add that product to Product Request and notify us. We will contact you when the product is back in stock.


Q. How do you deliver? 

A. We deliver within Dhaka using our own fleet. Furthermore, we used courier services to deliver products all around the country.


Q. What is your policy on refunds? 

·        We offer a refund or return policy of Three (3) days on most unopened or unspoilt packaged products.

·         For perishable products such as milk, fruits, and fresh vegetables, we have a 1 (one) day return policy.

Q. How are you sourcing your products? 

A. We aimed to provide you with the best products possible, and as such, we are always willing to take on new challenges. For example, we have organized a team to collect honey from the deep forest of the Sundarbans and we have established a date molasess project  to preserve our culture and traditions. Our product sourcing journey is akin to a roller coaster ride. Along with Dumart Agro, which was significant in helping us source the majority of our agricultural products.Our products are farmed with love and care.
